The METRO Orange Line is scheduled to open in late 2021, mostly replacing Routes 535 and 597, and will provide Bus Rapid Transit in the I-35W corridor serving Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington and Burnsville. The Orange Line Connecting Bus concept plan proposes changes to existing routes to improve connections with the Orange Line and better serve south Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington and Edina.
Metro Transit is seeking public input on these proposed changes through Feb. 22, 2021. If you are interested in attending a public meeting to learn more about these changes, see below:
